1989 to discuss the 1990 budget.
Present: Mayor, Thomas Anderson; Councilmembers, Anne Theis, Stephen Schmit, Robert
Mitchell; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl; Police Chief, Richard Rabenort
Absent: Councilmember, Wilfred Scherer
Stephen Schmit asked if council would consider an additional item, that of hiring the
park equipment company to install the equipment at Medina Morningside park rather than
hiring someone from the company to oversee the project. He stated that it would cost
about $4000 additional.
Moved by Anderson, seconded by Theis to pay for installation of the park equipment at
Medina Morningside park, from the Park Fund.
Motion declared carried
1990 BUDGET
Council decided to hold public hearings for budget on November 7th and 8th.
Council reviewed prepared budget, made several changes and asked for information on
some of the items.
Moved by Anderson, seconded by Theis to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
