Leesburg HUBZone Quarterly Business Meeting on Thursday,
October 22, 2015
Leesburg, VA (October 15, 2015) – The Town of Leesburg’s Economic Development Office will
hold its next quarterly HUBZone Business Meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2015, from 6:00pm
to 8:00pm, at the Mason Enterprise Center in downtown Leesburg (202 Church Street SE). The
meeting is free and open to all small businesses.
This quarter’s meeting is sponsored by Abaco Strategy, LLC. Guest speaker, Estefania Arregui -
Gómez, PMP, CPP, ITILv3, President and CEO of Abaco Strategy, LLC, will share tips on
establishing past performance, partnering with Primes, and landing your first HUBZone
contract. Representatives from the Mason Enterprise Center and the Leesburg Economic
Development Office will be on hand to answer questions. Please visit

A program of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the HUBZone program helps small
businesses gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities while also increasing
employment opportunities in economically distressed areas. In an effort to a ssist local
businesses with navigating the HUBZone certification process, the Leesburg Economic
Development Office has partnered with local business owners who have completed the process
successfully to present quarterly information sharing meetings.
