Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-O-014 - Approving TLZM-2020-0002, Floor and
Decor Concept Plan and Proffer Amendment to Allow Lumber and Building
Materials Sales and Additional Uses Prohibited by Existing Proffers based that the
rezoning meets the approval criteria of TLZO Section 3.3.15, and the proposal will
serve the public necessity, convenience, general welfare, and good planning practice.
