RESOLUTION NO. 84 -2269
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY TRANSFERRING
CUSTODIAN OF PETTY CASH FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 83 -2145 appointing Carolyn Zirbel,
Chief Deputy City Clerk, as custodian of the petty cash fund of
the City is hereby rescinded, and
SECTION 2. That Mary Willford, Deputy City Clerk, be named
custodian of the petty cash fund, effective June 1, 1984.
SECTION 3. That the funds be reimbursed periodically by
checks of the City of Temple City, signed by the Mayor, Treasurer,
and City Clerk, made out to Mary Willford, custodian of such fund,
and
SECTION 4. That all records of expenditures be maintained
as set forth in Resolution No. 67 -709, adopted March 7, 1967, all
subject to periodic audit by the auditor of the City of Temple
City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1984.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the City Council, City
of Temple City, at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of May,
1984, by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Tyrell, Swain
NOES: Councilmen -None
