A RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENTS FOR WILLOW RIDGE–PART TWO `
Whereas, The City has acknowledged that it has easements that'must be reviewed and
approved to complete the development of Willow Ridge -Part Two, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin. recognizes that developer's attorney has
prepared the necessary easement agreements to complete this development;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the easements for Willow Ridge -Part Two..
On the 14t" -day of January, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015-002, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING EASEMENTS -FOR WILLOWR RIDGE -PART TWO and made a motion
for approval: Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen
Nays: NONE
Absent: Bartels

Whereupon four Council members were'present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-002, A RESOLUTION APPROVING
EASEMENTS FOR WILLOW RIDGE -PART TWO to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. ,
Passed by the City Council on the 14t" day of January, 2015.
