A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A STORM DRAINAGE
ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
LEESBURG, VIRGINIA AND JODI LYNN HOOPER FOR
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 202 OAKCREST MANOR
DRIVE,NE
WHEREAS, Jodi Lynn Hooper is the owner of residential property located at 202
Oakcrest Manor Drive, N.E. (the "Property"), within the Town of Leesburg; and
WHEREAS, certain improvements of the Property, including a shed and a deck, have
been shown to encroach upon an existing storm drainage easement dedicated to the Town; and
WHEREAS, in order to allow these improvements to remain in their present location,
to allow Ms. Hooper to replace the deck, and to encroach upon the Town's easement, an
encroachment agreement is necessary and such an agreement may be entered into by the Town
and Owner.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, that the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
authorizes the Mayor to execute a Storm Drainage Easement Encroachment Agreement
between the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, and Jodi Lynn Hooper, in a form approved by the
Town Attorney.
