RESOLUTION NO. 2015-003
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT FOR THE 20141 & I PHASE 0 PROJECT FOR TIFFIN, IA' ,
Whereas,,on this 4th day of December, 2014, Plans, Specifications and Form of
Contract were filed with the City of Tiffin for the construction of the 2014 1&1 Phase 0

Project within the City of Tiffin.
Whereas, a notice'of hearing on these plans;, specifications, and form of contract was
published as required by law, now.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
said plans, specifications and form of contract are hereby approved for said project.
On the 14th day of January, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler,introduced Resolution No. 2015-003,-A RESOLUTION
ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2014
I & I PHASE 0 PROJECT FOR TIFFIN,. IA and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded,by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: 'Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen
Nays NONE
Absent: Bartels
Whereupon Four Council` -members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-003, A`RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS,
SPECIFICTAIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE 20141 & I PHASE 0 -
PROJECT FOR TIFFIN, IA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
