PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block 136, lot 35, for property located at Lefferts Street, was subdivided in
2003, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor created four new properties in 2003, issued added tax bills
including land and improvement values on each, and
HEREAS, the Tax Assessor requests that the land values assessed on the original block and
ot in 2003 should be removed, and
HEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that the 2003 taxes be cancelled in the
mount of$1,196.04.
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
arteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
