A RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPT
SIDEWALKS, FOR PRAIRIE WEST -PART TWO
Whereas, The City has received confirmation'that the developers of Prairie West have
met all improvements, except sidewalks, and would like to receive release of said
improvements in order to move forward with building permits and development, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the City Engineers agree
that said improvements, except sidewalks, have been completed as required;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
release of improvements, except sidewalks, for Prairie West -Part Two.
On the 14th day of January, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-006, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPT SIDEWALKS, FOR PRAIRIE
WEST -PART TWO and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Petersen.
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen
Nays: NONE
Absent: Bartels
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-006, A RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE
OF IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPT SIDEWALKS, FOR PRAIRIE WEST -PART TWO to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of January, 2015.
