Approval of the minutes from the meeting of August 21, 2019 5. Communication Received A. ONE DOT & Governor Approval of TIP Amendment #1 6. New Business A. MoDOT request for functional class change to Routes M & W at the intersection with Route B in Wardsville. Action Requested: The Technical Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve functional class change request. Staff Report: During MoDOT’s July 2019 travel way maintenance, line work was adjusted on RT B at the intersection of B, M, and W in Cole County. The major collector functional classification has been moved to the new location. The Technical Committee recommends approval by the Board of Directors.
