Call to Order and Introduction of Members, Ex-officio Members and Staff Chairman Chris Jordan called the meeting to order at 5:27. Six regular members and one alternate were present. A quorum was present. Designation of Voting Alternates The Chairman announced that all regular members and Alternate Penny Quigg are eligible to vote. 2. Procedural Matters and Procedures Explained Procedural matters were not explained at this meeting. 3. Adoption of Agenda Ms. Cotten moved and Ms. Mahoney seconded to adopt the agenda as reordered. The motion passed 7-0 with the following votes: Aye: Lester, Vaughan, Deeken, Jordan, Cotton, Mahoney, Quigg 1. Approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes of March 14, 2019 Ms. Cotten moved and Mr. Lester seconded to approve the regular meeting minutes of April 11, 2019 as printed. The motion passed 7-0 with the following votes: Aye: Lester, Vaughan, Deeken, Jordan, Cotton, Mahoney, Quigg 2. Communications Received No communications. 3. Other New Business 4. New Business/Public Hearings 5. Other Business A. Work session – Comprehensive Plan Community Workshop Review Ms. Nanoski gave a short demonstration of the Comprehensive Plan. The commission broke into subgroups to review the information and answer questions. The commission joined back together and went over the subgroups answers. B. Staff updates on prior cases Mr. Barron stated that Prenger Ridge subdivision was approved by City Council 8. Adjourn.
