A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FIVE, A
SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA NOW KNOWN AS,WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FIVE AND'
AUTHORIZING AS NECESSARY THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH WOODFIELD RIDGE,
L.L.C.
WHEREAS, Woodfield Ridge, L.L.C., a limited liability company, has filed with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat
for Woodfield Ridge Development Part Five, a sub-division to the City,of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on attached-
Exhibit "A", hereby incorporated and
WHEREAS, The Tiffin Planning and`Zoning Commission has reviewed and approved the revised preliminary

plat at tlie,December 3, 2014 meeting. _
WHEREAS,°City Attorney, Bob Michael, has given his approval of the preliminary plat as requested by E�
Woodfield Ridge. L.L.C. for Part Five.

- WHEREAS City Engineer, Doug Frederick, has given his approval of said preliminary plaf'for Part Five,
' however that 'no improvements shall be constructed or installed without his written. approval, which may be withheld a,
until such time as all necessary permits have been issued'from the state and federal agencies; and
FURTHER, THE City desires to formally signify its approval of the preliminary plat now known as Woodfield
Ridge Part Five and authorizing. the Subdivider's Agreemenffor Woodfield Ridge Part Five.
_ NOW, THERFORE,-BE IT RESOLVED, BY-THE City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat for
Woodfield Ridge Part Five is hereby approved; and further that the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute all related legal documents, and that the City shall properly record this.,
Resolution 2015-014 and the Sub-Dividers Agreement.
On the 28'h day of January, 2015 at a regular City Council meeting Council person Ryan introduced Resolution
2015-014•A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING, THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FIVE, A
SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA"NOW KNOWN AS WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FIVE AND AUTHORIZING AS
NECESSARY THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH WOODFIELD RIDGE, L.L.C. and made a motion for
approval.' The motion was seconded by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels_, Ryan, Kahler -
Nays: None.
Absent: None:• '
WHEREUPON four Council members votedfor-approval, Mayor Berner declared the motion carried and approved
Resolution 2015-014 be adopted_and signified his approval of the same by affixing his-signatur-e thereto-
