RESOLUTION NO. 90-165
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION OF WATER
WELL #5 REFURBISHMENT.
WHEREAS, on March 21, 1989 the City Council authorized
Staff to obtain informal bids for the redevelopment of Water Well
#5 by resolution 89-47; and
WHEREAS, the well work started on June 20,1989
and was completed on August 31, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the total project cost is $67,813.05; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found it to be
complete to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
refurbishment of Water Well #5 as being complete in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This re"solution shall go into effect imme-
diately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd __ day of
