A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA
SALA LOCATED WITHIN. THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA
AT 205 S PARK ROAD, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2015.
'~Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by Bella Sala located with the'corporate city limits of
Tiffin, Iowa. ,.

Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for Bella Sala, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority,
approval of permit to,the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
WHEREUPON, On the 28TH of January 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, x
Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution 20.157016 and made a motion for A
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA SALA LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA AT 205 S PARK ROAD, EFFECTIVE E
JANUARY-31, 2015. Motion seconded by Council person Upton.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Kahler, Ryan
Nays: NONE
Absent: NONE
With four votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2015-016
APPROVING AN ALCOHOLPERMIT FOR BELLA SALA LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY `
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA AT 205 S PARK ROAD, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2015, by
adopted,and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 28th day of January 2015 and approved by the Mayor.
