�- A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $256,660.22
Whereas, The City has received confirmation that Phase 3 of ,the above project has
been acompleted and verification has been confirmed of completion thus far. by the City
engineer and the contractor, Maxwell Construction, has properly submitted a pay
t estimate for payment.

Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the pay estimate #3 to Maxwell Construction for the,2014 Water&. Sewer Extension
Project (CCA School) in the amount of $256,600.22.

On°the 28th day of January, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,-Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-017, A RESOLUTION
-APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION FOR THE 2014
WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE-AMOUNT OF .
$256,600.22 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson ,
Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Kahler, Ryan

Absent: NONE F
'Whereupon Four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015=017, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY
ESTIMATE TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION'FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER
EXTENSION..PROJECT (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $256,600.22 to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed', by the City Council on the 28th day of January, .2015.
