RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART -FREDERICK CONSULTANTS TO PROVIDE
.. A COST ESTIMATE FOR THE .SEWER EXPANSION SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80
.FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IA.
WHEREAS; the City of Tiffin°approves Hart -Frederick Consultants P.C. to proceed with
providing a cost estimate for the Sewer Expansion south of Interstate 80. r
` NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE `CITY.OF-
TIFFIN, IOWA THAT Hart -Frederick Consultants P.0:, is hereby asked to proceed with
compiling information necessary to provide the City of Tiffin with a cost estimate for the Sewer
Expansion' south of Interstate'80'.

On the 281h day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2015-018, 5
and made a motion for approval. Motionseconded by Councilperson Ryan.
