A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE REQUEST
TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL CODE ENFORCEMENT
OFFICER, APPROPIATING FUNDS FOR THE POSITION
AND AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 CODE
ENFORCEMENT DIVISION BUDGET

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
desires to increase the efficiency of the City's Code
Enforcement Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted and directed
staff to implement an infraction (citation) system within the
City's Code Enforcement mechanisms; and
WHEREAS, the addition of
Program staff will facilitate the

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as
follows:
Section 1. The recruitment of an additional Code
Enforcement Officer is hereby approved.
Section 2. The appropiation of an additional
$43,000.00 to operate the Code Enforcement Program is hereby
approved.
Section 3. The Code Enforcement Division Budget is
hereby amended to reflect the following transfers:
