A RESOLUTION APPROVING ITEMS FOR THE-CAPITALiIMPROVEMENT PLAN
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to do a yearly review of major projects.it
wants to, complete to adequate budget and;
Whereas the City; Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is a requirement of Cities
.to strategically plan head to be proactive in'the use of public funds;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to' approve
the items stated on the Capital Improvement Plan. „
On the,28th' day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
" Councilperson-Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2015-020, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING' ITEMS FOR THE CAPITAL IMPOVEMENT PLAN] and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson,Ryan.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Kahler, Ryan
Nays: NONE
Absent: NONE - i
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared' that the Resolution No. 2015-020, A RESOLUTION APPROVING ITEMS
FOR THE CAPITAL' IMPROVEMENT PLAN to be adopted and signified his approval of
the same by affixing `his signature thereto.
