A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE FEES FOR THE EXCAVATION
IN CITY STREETS PAVED LESS THAN TWO (2) YEARS
PRIOR
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1990, the City Council
introduced Ordinance 1349 to regulate the issuance of permit to
excavate City's newly paved streets; and
WHEREAS, the notice of the extra fee setting was
published; and
WHEREAS, the City Council needs to adopt a resolution
setting extra fee for cases where such permit issuance is
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that the extra fee for the excavation of less than two (2) years
old City streets be set as follow:
In addition to the regular street excavation permit fee,
a fee of four (4%) percent of the regular fee will be applied to
each remaining month, or fraction thereof, of the two (2) years
restricted period.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
