A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LONG BEACH BOULEVARD
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - PHASE IIA - FROM LYNWOOD
ROAD TO AGNES STREET - PROJECT NO. 5-5084
WHEREAS, the project was awarded to Sully Miller
Contracting Company, the lowest responsible bidder for
$557,359.60; and
WHEREAS, the construction has now been complete,
except for some minor corrections to be made by the contractor;
and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $627,209.94;

and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found it to be
substantially complete in accordance with plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Long Beach
Boulevard Improvement Project, Phase IIA as being complete in
accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th_ day of
December 1990.
