RESOLUTION NO. 2015= 022 '
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PAD AGREEMENT FOR
M ` TIFFIN HEIGHTS — LOT 29 `
Whereas, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the City to enter into a
PAD agreement with Developer Midwest Home -Builders, Inc., and; ,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the
attached PAD Agreement is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk of
Tiffin, Iowa, are hereby authorized to execute the attached:Agreenient, contingent on
the approval of the.PAD.

On the 1.1th day of February 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Counci,lperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-022, A RESOLUTION TO
APPROVE THE PAD AGREEMENT FOR'TIFFIN HEIGHTS — LOT 2.9 and made a
motion for approval: Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: -Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays:` none.
Absent: none.

Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-022, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE
DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR HICKORY KNOLL toYbe`adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing`his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on,the 11th day of February 2015.
