A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUPICIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT

I (PROJECT: 12123 LONG BEACH BOULEVARD)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, per City's Planning Commission, Resolution No
2348, the project at 12123 Long Beach Boulevard, was required to
dedicate a strip of land for street widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication at 12123 Long Beach
Boulevard has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of
an easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood, as
offered for dedication, as described below:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
THE EASTERLY 10' OF THE SOUTHERLY 25' PORTION OF LOT 744 OF TRACT
2992, IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 30 PAGE 78 OF MAPS, IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
THE EASTERLY 10' OF LOT 989 OF TRACT 3025, IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AS PER MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 35 PAGES 43 AND 44 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
Assessor's Map No. 6168-O11-040 and 6168-O11-041
Commonly known as: 12123 Long Beach Boulevard
Section 2. That the above described easement has been
offered for dedication to the City of Lynwood by J. Antonio and
Alicai Chaidez (owners).
