CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION, JANUARY 6, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the January 6, 2020 City Council W ork Session to order at 5:30
P.M.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present for the roll call:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Schreiber, Ward, and
Wiseman
Absent: Mihalevich and Prather
A quorum was present.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Tergin stated that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, she
would entertain a motion to go into Closed Session to discuss the following:
1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body.
[Sec. 610.021(1)]
A motion was made by Councilman Hussey to go into Closed Session for the above-stated
reasons, seconded by Councilwoman W ard, and approved by the following roll-call vote at
5:35 P.M.:
Aye: Fitzwater, Graham, Hussey, Hensley, Kemna, Schreiber, Ward, and
Wiseman
Nay: None
Absent: Mihalevich and Prather
Councilman Mihalevich arrived at the meeting at 5:37 P.M.
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Following the Closed Session, the Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:31 P.M. with
the following Council Members present:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hussey, Hensley, Kemna, Mihalevich, Schreiber,
Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: Prather
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:32 P.M.
