29, 1987 at 7:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor, Thomas Anderson; Councilmembers, Stephen Schmit, Robert Mitchell,
Anne Theis,Wilfred Scherer (at 7:45 P.M.); Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl;
Planning and Zoning Administrator, JoEllen Hurr; Public Works Director
James Dillman; Police Chief, Richard Rabenort
Donna Roehl reported on the Loretto Athletic Club funding.
Thomas Anderson reported on the Hamel Athletic Club request for 1988.
Richard Rabenort reported on meeting with Council of City of Loretto regarding
Police Contract for 1988 and the need to agree on a formula for police protection
before the end of the current year.
Robert Mitchell discussed allowing the transfer of 1987 police department funds
to pay for Police Chiefs college tuition.
Donna Roehl reported that sewer and water department expenses would need to be
compiled to determine if rates should be changed. She suggested that the matter
be continued until final 1987 revenues are received because the water fund no
longer has a deficit balance.
Salaries and wages for 1988 were dicussed, as was numbers of personnel in various
departments.
Moved by Mitchell, seconded by Schmit to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
