A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PRAIRIE WEST
ADDITION LOT 6, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA IN JOHNSON COUNTY
WHEREAS, The DEVELOPER has filed with the Clerk a Site Plan dated
January 23, 2015 for the Prairie West Addition Lot 6 in the City of Tiffin, Iowa,
WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER presented the Site Plan to the Tiffin_ Planning,
and Zoning Commission during their February 4, 2015 meeting,
WHEREAS, the Planning and 'Zoning Commission has recommended approval
during said meeting contingent upon the City Engineer's and Building Inspector's
comments`and approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
Tiffin, Iowa, that said site plan for Prairie West Addition Lot 6 is hereby approved.
ON THE 11th day of February 2015, at a regular meeting of the _Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
SITE PLAN FOR PRAIRIE WEST ADDITION LOT 6, TIFFIN IOWA, IN `
JOHNSON COUNTY, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by
Councilperson Bartels. ,
Ayes: Upton,, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays" none '
PASSED, by the Council on the 11TH day of February 2015, and approved by the Mayor
on the l lth day of February 2015.
