A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO COVER COSTS FOR
THE PUBLICATION OF A SPANISH LANGUAGE MAGAZINE
WHEREAS, there is a need to publish a Spanish Language
magazine; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of services for such a publication
can be accomplished through the current Agreement with the
Rapid Publishing Inc.; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for an appropriation to cover
the cost of the Spanish Language magazine.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that City Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the agreement with Rapid Publishing Inc. be
amended to include the publishing of the Spanish Magazine; and
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee be
authorized to make the following additional appropriation:

Section 3. This resolution shall go
immediately upon its adoption.
