A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF $16,350 TO
THE CITY~B COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
(CDBG) ACCOUNT FROM THE CITY~B GENERAL FUND

WHEREAS, the Housing and Community Development ([IUD)
Department has determined that the City of Lynwood has disbursed
CDBG funds without supporting documentation; and
WHEREAS, HUD has determined that $16,350 of disburse-
ments to Contractors lacked supporting documentation; and
WHEREAS, HUD has recommended that the City refund its
CDBG account in the amount of $16,350.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following transfer:
$16,350 from General Fund Unappropriated Fund Balance 01-6699-
6628 To HUD Account 28-33001.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective immediately
upon approval.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February
1991.
