RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE
-LOT 1,'3, 4 OF WILLOW RIDGE PART ONE & LOT 2 OF WILLOW RIDGE PART
THREE IN THE -CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of TIFFIN, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing to
Rezone.Lot 1,3,4 of Willow Ridge, Part One & Lot 2 of Willow Ridge Part Three in tlie
City of Tiffin, Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
-CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA:

The date 'for the Public Hearing is set • for February' 25, 2015 to discuss the
Rezoning of Lot 1, 3, 4 of Willow Ridge Part One & Lot 2 of Willow Ridge Part Three:
the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended. approval during their February 4,
2015 meeting.
The date for the Public Hearing for Rezoning is set for February 25, 2015.
