A RESOLUTION CREATING MULTIPLE TEMPORARY SEASONAL (SUMMER)
PART-TIME PARKS POSITIONS TO STAFF THE CONCESSION STAND

Whereas, The City has been growing/expanding and adding amenities, and,
'Whereas the City Council ofthe City of Tiffin recognizes that it will need, supporting staff
for the concession stand, and;"

Whereas the.City is creating multiple positions as follows: one Lead worker to run the
concession stand at a rate of $10/hour and a pool of support workers.(not to exceed
'eight employees) at the rate of minimum wage;
Now, therefore be 'it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to create
these temporary seasonal summer part-time parks positions":
On the 11th of February, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton intr6duce6 Resolution No. 2015-026, A RESOLUTION
CREATING MULTIPLE TEMPORARY, SEASONAL (SUMMER)
PART-TIME PARKS POSITIONS TO STAFF THE CONCESSION STAND and made a
motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Bartels, Upton, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: none.

Whereupon Four Council members were present and.voted approval and Mayor Berner y
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-026, A RESOLUTION CREATING MULTIPLE'
TEMPORARY SEASONAL (SUMMER) PART-TIME PARKS POSITIONS TO STAFF
THE CONCESSION STAND to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing'his signature thereto. v
