A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWELVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($12,00.00) TO COVER COST FOR
BOILER REPAIR
Whereas, the City of Lynwood is responsible for providing
adequate civic buildings and equipment; and
Whereas, the City wishes to keep these facilities in good
operating condition; and
Whereas, the boiler at the Natatorium is in need of repair;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that City Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following additional appropriation:
FROM TO
General Fund Balance $12,000.00 01-4774-4210
(Unappropriated Funds)
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
