A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
SIGN HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
WITH KASLER CORPORATION

WHEREAS, Recreation and Parks Department will be
sponsoring a Bike-A-Thon on May 18, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood will be using part of the
I-105 Freeway;
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood will additionally insure Cal
Trans in the amount of $1,000,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood agrees that in order to
ensure the success of its May 18, 1991 Bike-A-Thon, it is necessary
to sign a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement with Kasler
Corporation and additionally insure them in the amount of
$10,000,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby, find, order, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That Mayor sign the Hold Harmless and
Indemnification Agreement between the City of Lynwood and Kasler
Corporation, and name them additionally insured in the amount of
$10,000,000.00.
