A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROPRIATING FORFEITURE FUNDS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF ONE COMPACT PICK-UP TRUCK FOR
THE CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council on February 19, 1991, adopted
Resolution No. 91-20, authorizing the purchase a compact pickup
~I truck and the necessary radio equipment for the Code Enforcement
Division, and directed staff to look at using the forfeiture funds
moneys to pay for the purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve, order,
and determine as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and
determines that a compact pick-up truck be purchased for the Code
Enforcement Division, using forfeiture funds moneys.
Section 2. That the City Council authorize the City
Manager or his designee to make the following transfer and
appropriation:
Prior funding will be revised as follows:

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
