A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON DAY CARE
ORDIANCE AMENDMENT
Whereas, The City has realized that the current Day Care Ordinance in place,is lacking
in!multiple areas.needs,to be.updated, and; ,
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that ithashad a review by
Planning &Zoning�for some of those updates that need to be made with regards to
parking and outside play'areas;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set a
public hearing on.a Day Care Ordinance Amendment on February 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
On the 14th day of January, 2015, at a regular meeting of,the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-009 A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOWPUBLIC HEARING ON DAYCARE ORDINANCE
AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen
Nays: NONE
Absent: Bartels
Whereupon four"Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the'Resolution No. 2015-009, A RESOLUTION SETTING A: DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING ON DAY CARE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of January, 2015.
