"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.,
CITY OF LYNWOOD, APPOINTING A
VOTING DELEGATE TO THE RTD CITY
SELECTION COMMITTEE."
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood (the "city") is a
municipality duly organized and existing under the consti-
tution and laws of the State of California (the "State"); and
WHEREAS, at Council's regular meeting of February 19,
1991, appointment was approved for a voting delegate and
alternate to the RTD City Selection Committee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood that Councilman Louis J. Heine is
hereby appointed the voting delegate to the RTD City Selection
Committee; and
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Councilwoman Evelyn Wells
is hereby appointed and designated as an alternate delegate
member of committee.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood this 19th day of March, 1991.
