RESOLUTION NO. 2015-010
A RESOLUTION. SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO CLARIFY
LANDSCAPE REVIEW BY BUILDING INSPECTOR
Whereas, The City has received'a request from Planning & Zoning to clarify the
.Ordinance regarding Landscape' Plan Review to include a review and recommendation
by the Building Inspector, and; ,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council'of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set a
date for public hearing to clarify Landscape Review by the Building Inspector for
February 11, 2015'at 7:00 p.m.
On the 14th day ofJanuary, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson-Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015-010 A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO CLARIFY LANDSCAPE REVIEW BY
BUILDING INSPECTOR and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Petersen

Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen
Nays: NONE
Absent: Bartels
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-010, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING TO CLARIFY LANDSCAPE REVIEW BY BUILDING INSPECTOR
to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
