A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST BIDDERy
PACIFIC EQUIPMENT & IRRIGATION, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $15,569.24 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE
FRONT MOUNT RIDING MOWER WITH GRASS COLLECTION
SYSTEM AND A TRAILER
WHEREAS, the City Council solicited bids for the
purchase of one front mount riding mower and a trailer; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on March 20, 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the City's needs would best be served by the
mower with grass collection system and a trailer; and
WHEREAS, Pacific Equipment & Irrigation, Inc. was the
lowest bidder with a bid of $15,569.24; and
WHEREAS, the proposed mower and a trailer by Pacific
Equipment & Irrigation, Inc. meets all desired specifications and
~ City's needs with a good industry reputation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaims, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1: That a contract for the purpose of one
front mount riding mower with grass collection system and a
trailer be awarded to Pacific Equipment & Irrigation, Inc. for
their bid of $15,569.24.
Section 2: This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
1991.
