RESOLUTION NO. 91-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONSULTANT CONTRACT TO
LOCKMAN AND ASSOCIATES FOR A FEE OF $20,000
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to improve City's
street system; and
WHEREAS, Arlington Avenue and Cedar Avenue
Reconstruction Projects are included in the FY 1990-91 CIP
Program; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and cost estimates are
needed for these projects and are best prepared by an outside
consultant; and
WHEREAS, Lockman & Associates best meets the City's
needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaims, order and resolve as
follows:
Section l: That the City Council authorize the
Mayor to execute a consultant service contract with Lockman &
Associates for a fee of $20,000.
Section 2: This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
April , 1991.
