A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE
WATER ORDINANCE
Whereas, The City has received a request from_our City Attorneys to amend and
update the Water Ordinance, and;
Whereas the City Council_of the City of Tiffin recognizes that to make any changes or,
updates1he're will need to be a publiehearing for proper -public notification ;
Now,4herefore be it resolved by -the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to..set a
date for public hearing to amend the Water Ordinance.for February 11, 2015 at 7:00
p.m.

On the 14th day of January, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-011, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE WATER ORDINANCE ;
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler:
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen
Nays: NONE
Absent: Bartels.
Whereupon _four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-011, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE WATER ORDINANCE to be adopted and
signified his approva'I of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on: the 14th day of January, 2015.
