A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTAB-
LISHING A CASH REGISTER FUND
WHEREAS, the City provides services which require money on
hand to provide change,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient operation of the
City that the City Council establish a cash register fund,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
does resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1: A cash register fund of $175 is hereby established.
Section 2: This cash register fund shall be assigned to various
departments based on specific needs for providing change for services
rendered.
Section 3: Accounts and complete records of the cash register
fund shall be maintained by the departments utilizing said fund.
Section 4: This fund shall be subject to audit periodically
by the auditor of the City of Temple City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1984.

by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day of August 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers- Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Swain
NOES: Councilmembers -None
ABSENT: Councilmembers- Tyrell
