Attached are the draft meeting minutes from our March 18 meeting, as well as copies of the handouts provided by TTF.

Also, the link below provides access to the Nevada County Transportation Commission March Newsletter. This
newsletter discussed the Trades Corridor Improvement Fund (TCIF) Program, from which UPRR has requested $43
million to install new tracks and improve tunnels over Donner Summit. There is also a discussion on the Mousehole
project. Carolyn provided us all with hard copies of this information at the Stakeholders meeting.
