A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT (CCA SCHOOL)_IN THE
AMOUNT OF 269,755.35
Whereas, The City has received confirmation that a phase of the above project has
been completed and verification -has been confirmed of completion thus far by the City
engineer and the contractor, Maxwell Construction, has properly submitted a pay
estimate for payment.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the.City Council `of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
f the pay estimate to Maxwell Construction for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project'
(CCA School) in the amount of $269,755.35.
On the 14th day of January, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015-007, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION FOR THE 2014
WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE,AMOUNT OF
$2 69,755.35 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Ryan.
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen
Nays: NONE
Absent: Bartels
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that'the Resolution No. 2015-007, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY
ESTIMATE TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION FOR THE'2014 WATER & SEWER
EXTENSION PROJECT (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $269,755.35 to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
