A RESULUTIONOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOUD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWENTY
THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($23,150) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS OF THE
GARAGE FUND BALANCE FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO MOBILE
STRUCTURES
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 15, 1981, approved the
entering into a lease purchase agreement with Gelco Space (Design Space
International); and
WHEREAS, on February 13, 1984, the lease purchase agreement with
Gelco Space exires; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the need for such
mobile structures at the City's Corporate Yard continues to exist, and
purchase of the mobile structures is cost effective and consistent with
the City Council's policies;
NOIJ, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make the following
appropriation:

(Unappropriated Funds) Land and Buildings Account
Section 2. This resolution sha ll become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of February 1984.
