A RESOLUTIUN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPKOVING THE AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES AND AUTHOKIZING EXECUTION
THEKEOF
WHEREAS, the City entered into an Agreement with Willdan Associates
on July 5, 1983, for the provision of planning services; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain a higher level of services from
Willdan Associates not covered 'under the terms and conditions of the existing
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the attached Amendment to the Agreement between
the City and Willdan Associates, dated July 5, 1983, is approved, subject
to such changes as are approved by the City Attorney, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said Amendment.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of February 1984.
