AGREEMENT FOR PLANNING SERVICES WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES
AMENDMENT NO, 1
THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PLANNING SERVICES made
this „?/f~ day of February, 1984, between the CITY OF LYNWOOD, here-
inafter referred to as the "CITY" and WILLDAN ASSOCIATES, hereinafter
referred to as the "CONSULTANT".
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the CITY and CONSULTANT did enter into an AGREEMENT for
the provision of planning services, dated July 5, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the CITY and CONSULTANT do now wish to amend said
AGREEMENT;
IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the amount of $7,500 in Section C. of Article IV, a
Compensation and Method of Payment, on page 1 of aforementioned
AGREEMENT is hereby changed to $10,780.
2. That all other provisions of said AGREEMENT shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has hereunto caused its corporated
name and seal to be hereunto subscribed and affixed by its proper
officers first thereunto duly authorized, and said CONSULTANT has
caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto subscribed and
affixed by its proper officers first thereunto duly authorized, as of
the day and year first above written.
