H RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOUD ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
AS SHOWN ON PAkCEL MAP 14927
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that
~~ the easements are necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the
i public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City
shall be served by the acceptance of said easements; and
bJHEREAS, Parcel Map 14927 has been analyzed and approved by the
City of Lynwood Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the developer Economic Resources Corporation has complied
with all the Engineering Division improvement requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedications to the City of
Lynwood as offered for dedication; the easements for street purposes, and
sanitary sewer lines and water lines so designated on Parcel Map 14927
PMB 168 Pg. 12-14, Recorded February Z8, 1984 of official records of
the County of Los Angeles.
Section 2. That the above described easements has been offered
for dedication to the City by Economic Resources Corporation.
