A RESOLUTION OFTHE CITY COUNCIL OF IHE CITY OF LYNW000
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND
AND TWENTY DOLLARS ($23,0"20) FROM JOBS BILL FUNDS FOR
THE LYNWUOD CITY PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT NU. 5-5041

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood is desirous of
providing adequate recreation facilities for Lynwood citizens; and
WHEREAS, the City Park Project No. 5-5041 is in need of additional
funds for completion; and
WHEREAS, these funds are available from the Jobs Bill Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make the following
appropriation:
FROM TO
Capital Improvement Project Fund Project No. 5-5041
Fund Balance $23,020 Lynwood City Park Rehabi litation
Project $23,020
Section 2. The City Manager is authori zed to make the following
transfers:
FROM TO
j Jobs Bill Fund 47-6905 $23,020 Capital Improvement
Project Fund 5-3947 $23,020
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of February 1984.
