RESOLUTION NO. 84 -2299
A RESOLUTION OF THIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION 34- 1132PC RELATING
TO ZONE VARIANCE 84 -724 AND PARCEL MAP
16455
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon an appeal and public hearing re Zone
Variance 84 -724 and Parcel Map 16455 at 5302 Noel Drive, Temple
City, the City Council confirms Resolution 84- 1132PC, except
that the width of the driveway to Lot #1 shall be 16 feet instead
of 12 feet.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1984.
