A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE #2 TO CORNERSTONE
EXCAVATING FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV II
(CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $152,402.09
Whereas, The City received confirmation that a phase of the above project has been
completed and verification has been confirmed of completion thus far by the City
engineer and the contractor, Cornerstone Excavating, has properly submitted a pay,
estimate for payment.
Now, therefore lie it resolved by y the City Council of the City of Tiffin,, Iowa to approve',
the pay estimate to Cornerstone Excavating for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension
Project DIV II (C(;A School) in the amount of $152,402'.09.
On the 11th day of March, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin.City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-029,A RESOLUTION,
APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE #2 TO CORNERSTONE EXCAVATING FOR THE 2014
WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV II (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT
OF $152,402.09 and made a motion for,approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Upton.

Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Ryan
Nays: none. k
Absent none.
Whereupon five Council members were present. and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-029, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY
ESTIMATE #2 TO CORNERSTONE EXCAVATING FOR THE 2014 WATER &
SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV II (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF
$152,402.09 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his x
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 11th day of March, 2015. *'
