A RESULUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION
INCREASE OF SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) FROM THE
GENERAL FUND BALANCE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING
AND SAFETY TO PAY FOR CONSULTING AND PLAN CHECK

WHEREAS, Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000) was appropriated to
Account No. 0I-4602-22-2 to cover the cost of consulting inspection and
plan check assistance to the City's Department of Building and Safety; and
WHEREAS, in increase in building activity has required more of
these services than originally anticipated; and
WHEREAS, the above named account currently shows a deficit of
over Eight Hundred Dollars ($800); and
WHEREAS, cost projections estimate that an additional $6,000
will be needed to cover the cost of these services through June 30, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to
make the following transfer of funds:

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of March 1984.
