RESOLUTION NO. 2015-039
A"RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 FOR THE 2014
WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT
OF ($1564.00)
Whereas,`The City received 'a Change Order #1 for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project
(CCA Schools) DIV III.
Whereas the City Engineer recommends to the City`Council of the City of Tiffin to` approve the
following changes for,Change Order #1: 1) Change dimension of Jib Crane Foundation from 4'
square x 4' deep. to 5' square x 4' deep' 2) Change Davit Crane hoist at Wet Well from Thern
4WP2 to Thern Hoist Model 4777. 3) Relocation of MH -1 reduced the required footage of 16
-401 Lined DIP•by 35' between, MH -1 and the new Wet Well.
Now, therefo"re" be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the
Change Order.#1 to WRH, Inc. for the 2014 Water & rSewer Extension Project (CCA School) in
Jher,amount of ($1564.00).

fi On the'25th day of March, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,"Iowa,
Councilperson"Ryan -introduced Resolution No. 2015-039; A RESOLUTION APPROVING
` t CHANGE ORDER #1 FOR THE 2014 WATER.& SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR
(CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF ($1564.00) and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Upton.{

Nays: none
Absent: none
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
-declared that the Resolution No. 2015-039, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
#1 FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR (CCA SCHOOL)
IN THE AMOUNT OF'($1564.00) to be adopted and signified his approval of the same,b'y
s affixing his signature thereto. z
